Please include your full name and student ID as the payment reference. Note that international transfers may incur additional charges from your bank, so please account for this when making payment. To request our bank details or confirm payment instructions, please contact your property team. Please Note: Important Payment Information: 1. You will never be asked to make a payment to any bank account other than the official one provided by your property team. 2. Cash payments are not accepted under any circumstances.
For AY 25-26 & AY 26-27: A. The property requires you to have a valid UK Guarantor if you wish to pay in installments. B. If you are unable to provide your own UK Guarantor, the property recommends the service of Housing Hand. C. The property does not accept international guarantors. For AY 25-26 & AY 26-27: Dual occupancy is available for most rooms that are 23sqm or larger.
