For AY 25-26 & 26-27 : 1. To secure a room tenant must pay a deposit of GBP 250. 2. This deposit is refundable at the end of your tenancy period, less any pending charges or deductions.
For AY 25-26 & 26-27 : The property offers 2 payment plans: 1. Pay in full 2. Pay in instalments Please Note: The first or only instalment of rent will need to be paid in August, prior to moving in.
For AY 25-26 & 26-27 : 1. A valid UK based guarantor is required if you wish to pay in instalments. 2. The property does not accept international guarantors.
