Does the accommodation provide cleaning service?

Regular cleaning services are provided in all communal areas including cluster kitchens. Residents are responsible for the cleaning of their own bedrooms. Please also be considerate to your flatmates and clean after yourselves in the communal kitchen if you’re staying in an ensuite bedroom.

All their residences have an on-site laundry room with washing and drying machines. It costs on an ad-hoc basis and around 4.00 GBP per wash and dry, except for 8-bed clusters in The Foundry where they provide free washing machines in the communal kitchens.

Can I smoke in my room?

No. As per your tenancy agreement and the UK legislation, it is not permitted to smoke inside any building. There are designated smoking areas at each of the developments which you are welcome to use.
