You can move out whenever you are ready but the contract you have with Property is a Fixed Term Tenancy Agreement and you will still need to pay the full rent until the end of the agreement. The only way to release yourself from the Tenancy Agreement is to find a replacement tenant who will take on the full contractual obligations under the Tenancy Agreement. they will only permit you to do this in the period starting one month after your Tenancy Start Date and two months before your Tenancy End Date (“Permitted Period”).
They offer free dual occupancy across a limited number of the studios where both residents are students. You'll see the dual occupancy symbol next to the room number if it is available when you select the room via the floorplan. They'll ask for your partner's details during the booking stages. The accommodation has fire alarm systems in place as well as fire prevention equipment, and they carry out regular testing and evacuation drills. Property has a full-time, highly qualified, Health and Safety team who visit sites regularly. they also use accredited national providers to service and maintain life safety systems.
