1) Refundable deposit of 300 has to be paid.
2) A deposit of 8 weeks is required 3 months before the resident move in. This is reduced to 4 weeks if the student has a UK based guarantor.
3) Monthly payment plans are available upon providing a UK guarantor.
4) If the resident does not have a UK guarantor then the balance of the termly payment is required 1 month before the tenancy starts.
5) 4 weeks rent is required upfront to secure a studio.
