    Security Deposit

    A security deposit is £400 per person, minus the holding deposit if already paid. 

    Booking Deposit

    The Holding deposit is to be paid during the first step in order to reserve your room. It is equivalent to 1 week's rent and bills.

    Guarantor Requirement

    The property requires a Guarantor. The  Guarantor can be a British National or with a UK residence status of  'indefinite leave to remain'. However, the  Guarantor must provide documents like passport, visa and residence permit with indefinite leave to remain status if not a British citizen, proof of address or driving license. Plus payslips for last 3 months or 3 months worth of bank statements which confirms the income.  If the student does not have a Guarantor, paying upfront for the whole tenancy plus deposit is accepted by the property.
