Yes, we can arrange your group all live in the same floor and rooms next to if you book early.
In our management team, most of the members are Chinese, and we can speak Mandarin, Cantonese and English. Most of our management team members were previously overseas students in the UK, so we deeply understand what the overseas students need in living.
Our contracts are all 50 weeks plan. If you wish to terminate the contract early, we allow you rent out your room and we will help, but handling fee will be applied. The rest of rent will be cleared between the old tenant and new tenant.
Students who wish to live in our properties only pay the deposit (refundable) and the rent. The fee for water, electricity and gas is included in the rent and we also provide free broadband. As we know what the overseas students need, we offer the best value room for students.
We are different from letting agents, we dont charge management fee, handling fees, etc. (except re-let)
Our property locate in the city centre where is safe. Additionally, each of our property has 24/7 CCTV in control to ensure students live and study in a peaceful place. Our properties will only be let to students to reduce the disturbance from the society.
