You can also transfer your obligations to someone else if you find a replacement tenant who’s eligible to live in the property. They’ll need to run some checks to confirm their eligibility, but once everything’s in order, they’ll take over the tenancy agreement.

For health and safety reasons, they don’t allow candles, incense burners, deep fat fryers, or any electrical appliances that don’t comply with British standards and statutory regulations. they are also unable to accommodate E-scooters or any other alternatives. Who will come into my room?
