This evidence must be submitted to the accommodation team before your tenancy start date.</p> <p><br></p> <p>Upon receipt and verification of the required documentation, you will be eligible to cancel your tenancy agreement, and your full deposit will be refunded.</p> <p><br></p> <p>Alternatively, you may request to defer the start date of your tenancy to the first day of the month in which the travel restrictions are lifted, allowing you to travel to the UK. Metchley Hall is great for students of UoB, very close to the school and business district. Roads nearby are all equipped with street lights, which made them quite safe in the evening. My room has a kitchen, hot water, and fast internet access throughout the day. The soundproofing of the windows is also good, even if it is facing the street, it is very quiet. I wish I could stay here longer.

This accommodation became part of my life for some years and this period always will be the best memory for me. I can't think of anything bad related to it. I felt like being home. Except the amenities which provide (security, spacious room, nice view, heating, quiet place for studying and relaxing, too close to UoB and City Center) there is something else of greater importance too. The fact that staff was close to students in solving any problems that might be dealing with. Always the staff had a warm hug for me and for all students. I deem myself lucky lived in such a great environment.
