How secure is the bike storage?

Our bike storage is inside our secure properties, so only residents can gain access. However we still recommend using a secure D style bike lock for extra security.

Can I have parcels delivered to my building?

Property team is always on hand to accept your parcels and signed-for items so you never miss a delivery. We’ll also send you an email reminder when your package is ready for collection.

As long as you are of legal drinking age, you can drink in your apartment. Drinking alcohol may not be allowed in certain communal areas, keep an eye out for posters in the residence.
