The West Orchards Shopping Centre has the best food stalls and branded stores which makes it a great destination to spend the day. How much is the deposit and where is will be placed?

It will be GBP 600/person. You can choose to put it either under DPS (Deposit Protection Scheme) or our company. If you choose to put the deposit under DPS, it will take at least 7 working days for you to get back your deposit when you check out; If you choose to put the deposit under our company,  they will register it with DPS and you can get it back on the same day or the next day when you check out.

When should I pay the deposit and rent?

After you have reserved your room online, you will have to pay the deposit within one week.

Once the deposit is received, the room/house will be secured for you. As for the rent, you need to pay it one week before you move in. You can either pay by monthly or pay the full rent in one go and enjoy the discount.

Can I get my deposit back if I want to terminate the contract earlier?

You can not get your deposit back if you want to terminate the contract before the contract expiration date. But you can transfer your deposit to someone else if you can find a replacement.

What should I do if something wrong in the room?

You can report any problem to us through the maintenance and service link  provided in the Welcome Pack. If it's an emergency, you can contact us directly through a phone call, WeChat message, WhatsApp message, or send us an email.

Is the area safe?

The property has installed CCTV at the front and back of all the houses, also put the notice "CCTV on operation" to warn the criminal.

Is TV license covered in the bill?

The Property do not have TV license. There is no antenna in and outside of the property. But if you want to watch TV, you can get a TV and connect it with Google Chromecast which allows you to use WIFI to mirror your phone/iPad to the TV.
