No £50 charge will be made for tenancies coming to an end after any applicable legal notice period that applies under current legislation and the deposit will be refunded. <p>If the student’s place at the university is withdrawn as a result of the student’s visa being denied they may be eligible to be released from this booking provided the tenant supplies the property team with the following evidence:</p> <ol> <li>A copy of the letter from the Home Office, UK Visas and Immigration service or other official Visa issuing body as well as a letter from the university, sponsor or institution where they were supposed to be studying. It must clearly show the student’s full name, address and date of issue.</li> </ol> <p><strong>Note:</strong> The tenant must send the documents to the property team via email within <strong>7 days </strong>from the date the relevant Visa rejection correspondence is received.</p>
No Place No Pay
<p>If the tenant is a prospective first year undergraduate student and the student’s offer of a place at the university is withdrawn by the university as a result of the student not having achieved the required entry grades, the tenant may be eligible to be released from the agreement provided the tenant supplies the property with the following evidence:</p> <ol> <li>Evidence can be a written rejection letter from the University/College/UCAS, or a screenshot of the customer’s UCAS status along with the results etc.</li> </ol> <p><strong>Note: </strong>These document(s) must be received by the property via email within <strong>3 days </strong>of your results being published (and no later than 28th August, whichever date is sooner).</p>
Replacement Tenant Accepted
<p>1. Once your cooling off period expires, you lose the right to cancel your tenancy. You are liable for the full rent unless a suitable replacement is found to take over your tenancy agreement.</p> <p><br></p> <p>2. Only when a suitable replacement has been found and they have completed their tenancy and paid any rent due, you will be released from your tenancy agreement, and the property will refund your deposit.</p> <p><strong>Note: </strong>There is a <strong>£50</strong> variation of contract fee which the property team will recover by retaining part or all of your deposit.</p>

Stayed over here for two nights. The staff is friendly and very helpful and the accommodation is pristine and clean. Not a speck of dust anywhere in the apartment. I wasn’t meant to stay at Causeway initially however it was a blessing. The building speaks for itself really, and the staff is excellent. The community is also really nice and you'll find it fairly easy to meet a nice group of people, especially with some of the events the property puts on for us. Plus there’s a free gym and good WiFi, what else do you need? Also if you’re clumsy and lose your key, there’s onsite staff 24/7 to let you back in your room so you don’t end up sleeping outside and spending hours retracing your steps. All in all, it’s worth more than the price you pay.
