If a student does not have a UK guarantor then they will need to pay there rent in three-monthly instalment. 25-26 Jan Intake (Short Term Lets): - 1. Payment in monthly instalments (requires a valid UK based guarantor). 2. Payment in 3 instalments (not requires a valid UK based guarantor).
For 25-26 AY & 26-27 AY:- 1. You need to have a valid UK based guarantor if you wish to pay your rent monthly or in instalments. 2. If you do not have a valid UK based guarantor, you need to pay your rent in full.
For 25-26 AY & 26-27 AY:- 1. Late payment fee, on each occasion a payment is made late or a letter or email is sent by the landlord or SLC, interest will be charged at 3% above the Bank of England base rate of interest from the date the payment was late until it is paid. 2. Maintenance call out – during office hours – user error: Tenant responsible for call out will be charged one hours labour – £18.50. 3.
