This place has been my top choice for student accommodation during my 2nd year, and I'm thrilled to have rebooked for my final year as well. Despite being a new establishment, this place stands out as the best option among the many properties I considered. The modern rooms, complete with full fridge freezers, large comfy beds, and TVs (unlike the small, student-like options elsewhere), make it an exceptional choice. What sets this place apart is its refined living environment—unlike the usual loud party scene associated with student accommodations. During my first stay, K, Anthony, and Leony were incredibly friendly and helpful, and I'm eagerly looking forward to reconnecting with them when I return. The convenience of being close to Aston University, along with parking, supermarkets, and corner shops nearby, adds to the overall appeal. Without a doubt, I highly recommend staying at Volume Studios for an all-around satisfying experience.
