What contract lengths do you provide?

You are welcome to stay for as long as you like! Minimum contract length is 1 week but we also accept daily stays. To receive the best rates, we do recommend longer leases! Whether you need a room for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months, we can tailor your contract to fit your lifestyle and your needs.

What’s included in the rent?

Right from your first day with us, enjoy all-inclusive renting. Your studio comes fully furnished and ready to move in, while Wi-Fi, utilities are housekeeping service three times per week are included in your bill. Your rent also gives you access to all on-site communal areas like our kitchens, gym and outdoor pool. 24/7 Reception/Security staff is available if you need any assistance. On top of this, you are always invited to all of our monthly in-house community events.

If I am staying long term, do I need to move in on a specific date?

No, when you arrive is entirely up to you! Regardless of your contract length, we are fully flexible about move-in and move-out dates.

What is the guest policy?

This is your home of course you can have friends over! Any Together residents may invite up to 4 friends to access the public areas, though we do require every visitor to sign in for security reasons.

Can I bring my pet?

They wish! But unfortunately no, we do not accommodate any pets on our premises. To be fair to all residents, we cannot allow any furry friends.

Can I extend my stay?

Pending availability, we would definitely love to have you with us for longer! Lease extensions or renewals are subject to availability, so please do try to inform us in advance if you're planning on extending your stay.

Utilities are already included in your rent! The beauty of our bills is that they are all-inclusive so you will always know what to expect. No hidden fees, no extra costs, no surprises. Everything is included in a flat rate.

Is there a security deposit?

We do require a security deposit for all check-ins (short or long stays), varying on the length of the contract.

Are there any additional fees?

No! We value transparency, ease and convenience so what you see is what you get. There are no unexpected fees.

Do you offer housekeeping services and what exactly do they include?

Yes they do! All rates do include weekly housekeeping, which covers surfaces, sweeping, mopping, removing garbage and changing your bedding if you leave a fresh set.

What is your smoking policy?

They operate a strict no-smoking policy throughout all our facilities. All of their rooms and public areas are designated as non-smoking.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancelling more than 30 days before agreement start date The resident can cancel the booking (without penalty) provided written notice has been provided to TLC at least 30 calendar days prior to the agreement start date. Cancelling less than 30 days before agreement start date If a cancellation is made to TLCless than 30 days before the booking check-in date, the rent paid in advance may be retained. Cancelling when the agreement has commenced If a cancellation is made to TLC post check-in, the rent paid in advance & security deposit may be retained.
