For AY 23-24 (STLs): You will need to pay for your entire stay at the time of booking or prior to move-in. For AY 24-25: 1. Students with a UK based guarantor can have a monthly instalment plan. 2. Students without a UK based guarantor can have a plan of maximum 4 instalments.

1. The property accepts only UK based guarantors. 2. If you are unable to provide a UK-based guarantor, you will need to pay an additional 1-month rent as a further deposit. 3. Your guarantor most provide the following documents: (a) Guarantor Form (from the property) (b) UK Passport or Driver's License (c) Recent Bank Statement (Dated within 3 months) (d) Council Tax or Electricity Bill 4. The property does not accept international guarantors.
