What is the payments schedule and will I need to pay a deposit?
As Summer stays are limited to 10 weeks, you will need to make a full payment up front, before you arrive at the residence. Your booking is not complete until payment is made and until payment is made the room is not secured. Summer stays do not require a deposit payment.
What time can I arrive, and what time is check-out?
You can check into the room at 16:00 on the day of your check-in. On the day of your check-out you will have to vacate the room by 10:00. If you do arrive early for your check in, you may be able to get your keys early if the room is ready, if not you can relax in one of their communal areas until it is clean.
Will anyone be at reception to meet me?
Their receptions are staffed 24 hours a day. However, if you are planning to arrive at the weekend or out of office hours 9AM – 5PM. It is best to either phone ahead or email first. Can I leave early?
