For bookings made between 1st October – 31st July for the forthcoming academic year commencing 1st September, you can cancel your booking in writing or by sending the property an email within the 48 hours ‘cooling off period’ of accepting and completing your tenancy online. 2.     For 25-26 AY:- 1. A UK-based guarantor is required if you choose to pay in instalments. 2. If you don't have one, you can pay your rent in full before moving in or use an approved guarantor service.

    Booking Deposit

    For 25-26 AY:- 1. To complete your booking, you will have to submit a Holding Deposit of £100 for your application. 2. On acceptance of the tenancy offer the holding fee will be deducted from the September payment and the rent account will be adjusted to reflect this.
