A security deposit equivalent to five (5) weeks’ rent is required, with one (1) week adjusted from the holding deposit so that only four (4) weeks’ rent is payable after referencing and guarantor approval, and the deposit will be refunded at the end of the tenancy subject to the terms of the agreement. 2. Instead of the Security Deposit the student can also pay Reposit that is non refundable and is equivalent to 1 week's rent or a minimum of 150 GBP through third party deposit cover company.
