Booking Deposit
Holding deposit equivalent to one week's rent. Paid to book the room; once received, referencing begins for the tenant and guarantor.
Security Deposit
Option 1: Traditional Cash Security Deposit Pay the remaining four weeks' rent as the security deposit, after successful referencing. Held with the Deposit Protection Scheme (DPS). Refunded after move-out, provided there is no damage to the property. Option 2: Reposit Deposit Replacement Scheme Available after the application with Rightmove and Credas has been approved. The applicant will be contacted by Reposit, the approved deposit replacement provider. Reposit will explain how the scheme works and provide the option to proceed. Pay a non-refundable fee equivalent to one week's rent. This replaces the requirement to pay the traditional five-week cash security deposit.

Students may choose one of the following payment options: Pay in Full: Full rent paid upfront in August or before arrival.
