Of course! You can have any one guest staying overnight for 2 nights in any 7 day period – they must be signed in and out at your reception. Please note that this is subject to our guest policy in our house rules, and all guests are to abide by our house rules. for a dual occupancy room, no overnight guest is permitted at anytime.

How safe is our accommodation?

At the accommodation, the safety of our students always takes priority. All of the entrances to our residences are monitored by CCTV 24 hours a day, and all apartment doors secured with electronic locks operated with a key fob. We also aim to always have residential assistants ready on site, even outside of office hour, should you ever need extra support. We also have fire alarm tests and inspections on fire safety practices regularly across all of our residences.

How do I receive parcels and post at my site?

We’ll sign for your parcels/letters at your site’s reception during working hours, our Residential Assistants will then process the parcels/letters in the afternoon and you’ll receive an email notification from us – please bring along your photo ID when collecting parcels at the reception. We can only sign for parcels on your behalf if the parcel has your name and you room number on it. Therefore, when ordering items online, please make sure you provide the shipper with your full name and correct room number. Parcels without full details will not be signed for.

Our friendly maintenance team is always on hand if something in your apartment breaks or doesn’t work. Just fill in a maintenance request form and our facilities assistant will get to it as soon as possible.

Can I stay at my site until my contract end date?

Yes, of course you can! All students are allowed to stay with us until the end date of their contracts. On the last day, rooms must be vacated, and keys handed to reception by 10am. All residents will be required to have a departure inspection on their room at the end of their contract . Departure cleaning fees will apply.

How do I get my bond back?

The behaviour of guests is the responsibility of the tenant who has welcomed them into the property. Any charges that result from a guest’s behaviour will be charged to the respective tenant. If there’s a charge that applies to the shared area within a apartment and we’re unable to establish the responsibility, the charge will be shared between all of the apartment’s tenants. All charges will be applied to your account and payment will be due within 30 days of this date.
