A Student/Tenant who wishes to cancel their agreement after the tenancy start date may find a suitable replacement to take over the tenancy. 2. The replacement tenant must meet all eligibility criteria and be approved by the property. Administration Fee: - 1. A £50 administration fee will be charged for processing a Tenancy Takeover. 2.
