It allows qualifying students to secure their tenancy without naming a guarantor, by paying a non-refundable waiver fee built into their rent. Once active, Leap serves as the guarantor in case of financial default by the tenant.

    • Only students are eligible under Leap’s underwriting guidelines.
    • Non-students cannot use the waiver.

    How is the waiver selected during booking?
