    For 25-26 & 26-27 AY:- 1. You will have 7 days from making your booking to sign the Tenancy Agreement. The Reservation Rent is fully refundable if you cancel your booking within this period. 2. The property requires you to sign your tenancy agreement online within 7 days of receiving the Offer of Accommodation.

You must inform the property within 7 days of receiving notification that your visa application has been declined. 2. You must provide them with an official notification from the visa authorities. 3. The final date to submit this evidence is 30th August. If these conditions are met, you can cancel your booking, and the Property management will refund
  • No Place No Pay
    For 25-26 & 26-27 AY: - This policy is only available to first-year undergraduate or first year postgraduate students 1. You must inform the property within 7 days of receiving your university place rejection. 2. You must provide a written rejection letter from your chosen university/college to them. 3. The final date to submit this evidence is 30th August. If these conditions are met, you can cancel your booking, and the Property management will refund any rent paid.
  • Extenuating Circumstances
    For 25-26 & 26-27 AY: - 1. If you have any extenuating circumstances that prevent you taking your place at University or your room with them, you will need to provide evidence of your circumstances. 2. Cases of this nature are considered on a case by case basis by the property, please contact the residence you booked at to enquire and to understand what evidence they may require.

    For 25-26 & 26-27 AY: - In the unlikely event that the property have to cancel your booking, they will notify you in writing and provide you with alternative accommodation. If the alternative accommodation is not suitable, you will have the option to cancel your booking and receive a full refund of any rent paid.

    Property have office staff onsite from 9am-5:30pm Monday-Friday. Overnight and weekends will be Resident warden.

    Yes, the parcel will be scanned into property's parcel safe system, you will then receive a code and be able to collect during office hours.

    Due to limited storage space the property cannot allow students to have items delivered before arriving.

    Accommodation Office is open from 09:00-5:30pm.

    Depending on the severity, they can email the team with their problem who will respond when the office re-opens. They can also contact the Resident Assistant or the Out Of Hours number.

    Residents will need to collect their parcels from staff in the office and enter their collection code into the Parcel Safe i-pad to sign for it.

    You can borrow one, ask the office during office hour or resident warden outside of office hours.

    All Studios come with two bins to dispose or your rubbish and all shared kitchens has bins both for general waste and recycling the residents are responsible for emptying these into the bin stores
