Can my friends stay in my apartment when they come to visit?
Unfortunately, overnight guests are strictly prohibited in most halls of residence, especially those offering single rooms only. Occasional visitors for less than 3 nights may be permitted at times. Prior permission must be obtained in advance from management's office and an additional charge will apply.
When will my apartment be cleaned?
No cleaning is included. You are expected to keep your room tidy and clean the kitchen after using including washing dishes. Failure to do so could result in you being charged for professional cleaning.
What happens if I break or damage furnishings or china/glassware?
They understand that occasional breakages occur in the kitchen and they do not normally charge for these unless they are excessive. Breakages and damage, such as to furniture and carpets/curtains, may be charged for or the cost deducted from your deposit.

Full prepayment for stays of up to and including 13 weeks is required, as described on the pro-forma invoice, which will be sent to you at the time of booking.

Deposits must be paid in advance (prior to arrival) by credit card or bank transfer. They regret that they are not able to accept cash on arrival. They will refund your deposit (less any deductions for damage/breakage or accommodation fees) within 28 days after you leave the hall of residence. Deposits cannot be refunded in cash.
