For security reasons, students will need to provide a photo ID and give a signature to confirm collection. The post will not be given out to other residents on their behalf without written authorization.

As a minimum age requirement, all Canvas residents need to have been or have turned 18 during their tenancy with us. This is due to the legally binding tenancy agreement that each resident is required to sign before arrival. Accommodation has no upper age limits , so long as the resident is in full-time education for the duration of their stay.
