Yes allowed. No additional charges are taken.

Are dependents allowed to stay?

Dependents are allowed to stay- but the leasing agent must be informed that they will be a resident. No additional charge is levied.

What about Custom tenancy length?

You can dictate the tenancy length, but there may be a cost uplift for shorter tenancies.

What is the location of property?

Is there gym facility?
