How much is the deposit?
You'll each pay a GBP 250 security deposit for your Sheffield student accommodation for the 2020/21 academic year on signing your tenancy agreement. This is refundable at the end of your tenancy so long as there are no damages to the property or rent outstanding. No, Utility bills are not included in the rental price. As tenants, but you have the option to take an all inclusive package if you wish.
