Yes, they are very happy to have couple sharing their apartments and all have double beds. All they ask is a small additional charge of £70 per week.

Can I arrange a viewing?

What deposit do I need?

They ask for a small 1 week rent deposit as a holding fee. They will then prepare your tenancy agreement for you and your guarantor to review and sign, and then ask you pay the balance of your security deposit which is calculated as 5 weeks rent. The deposit is held and protected by The Deposit Protection Service, and will be returned at the end of your tenancy if your apartment is returned clean and undamaged.

Is parking available?

Sorry no, The Leat is a car free development. They can arrange drop off/and collection parking on arrival/departure. Contact their lettings team to arrange.

Is there a laundry on site?
