An advance rent payment £100 is required to allocate a room. This amount is deducted from the first instalment or payment, which is due before the tenancy start date. Please note: Advance rent is non refundable.
1. Students may choose to pay the full instalment in advance or in four instalments across the tenancy period. 2. For the sites in England, if you have a guarantor, then you can pay in instalments in September, January and April. The 1st payment will be due before your licence starts, depending on the location, it can be 12 days to 1 month prior to the tenancy start date. 3. If the 1st instalment of your Student Loan is paid after this date, then the property management can accept a payment of 4 weeks rent 1 week before you move in, with the balance paid when you receive your loan.
Debit card, credit card, or bank transfer, all payment methods are accepted; you can choose the option when you complete your booking.
1. If you want to pay your rent in instalments, the property management accepts both UK and International guarantors. This is someone who is willing to sign a contract saying they’ll pay your rent if you fail to do so. Your guarantor cannot be another student or a government. 2. In the circumstances where you do not have a guarantor, you can register with Housing Hand who will act as guarantor subject to meeting their terms and conditions. Alternatively, you will need to pay your rent for the whole Licence Agreement/AST in advance.
