Can I have an overnight guest?

Due to insurance restrictions, overnight stays by guests and friends are restricted to two nights per week only and are subject to agreement by the other members of your apartment. They would also ask that you notify the Accommodation Team in advance. Your guests are not allowed to remain in the building without you being present at all times.

Please note that you are responsible for the behaviour and conduct of your guests whilst they are on the premises.

How do I report a maintenance issue?

Any maintenance issues should be reported as soon as possible to ensure minimum disruption to facilities and other tenants. To report an issue, please complete their online Maintenance Request Form. Their team will aim to solve any issues within 24 hours.

For urgent issues or emergencies during office hours, report the issue to the Management Office directly, and outside office hours, please call in the case of emergencies.
