Overnight guests are permitted at the property. They ask that you respect their rule of welcoming guests for no more than three consecutive days. Please note that you are responsible for any guests, including liability for any charges as a result of damages to the building caused by your guest.
Prior to signing your tenancy agreement, it may be possible to change the room you have selected, if a different room is available.
After you have signed your tenancy agreement, if you wish to change room and a room is available, it may be possible, however as you are making changes to your signed tenancy agreement, it would fall under the cancellation policy/tenancy transfer. A dual occupancy is one tenancy for two people, living in one studio. This means that two occupants are sharing one studio and splitting the cost of the rent.
This is an option on the majority of their studios – look out for the dual occupancy logo. From September 2023, there is an additional charge for a room with dual occupants; this is to cover the cost of the increased services used within the building during your stay.

The packs include the majority of items you could want to move in with a 10% discount, including induction pans that you will need for your new management studio.
