A dual occupancy is one tenancy for two people, living in one studio. This means that two occupants are sharing one studio and splitting the cost of the rent.
This is an option on the majority of their studios – look out for the dual occupancy logo. From September 2023, there is an additional charge for a room with dual occupants; this is to cover the cost of the increased services used within the building during your stay.
Once you have signed the Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement your booking is secure with Management.
