For 26-27 AY:- You need to pay £100 as an advanced Rent.
For 26-27 AY:- 1. At the time of booking you will be asked to pay a Holding Deposit. Payment of the Holding Deposit constitutes your acceptance that the Holding Deposit is retained to secure your room in accordance with the property's terms and conditions. 2. The deadline to conclude the Tenancy Agreement following the receipt of the Holding Deposit fee shall be 14 days thereafter, or any other period agreed by them (the "deadline"). 3. By entering into the Tenancy Agreement your Holding Deposit converts to your refundable Security Deposit. 4. Unless otherwise stated on the property's web page, your Security Deposit will be refunded to you at the end of your tenancy if there are no outstanding arrears or damage to your room and/or communal areas. Note:- The holding deposit varies based on property to property.

If an alternative method of payment is required, such as a bank transfer, or you wish to change your payment method, please contact the property team directly for details.
For 26-27 AY:- 1. If you choose to pay your rent in three instalments, you must provide a UK-based guarantor. 2. A guarantor is not required if you pay the full annual rent in advance. 3. International students who do not have a UK-based guarantor may use Housing Hand to enable payment in instalments instead of making a single upfront payment. 4. A guarantor must be aged 18 or over and agrees to take joint financial responsibility for the tenancy, including paying the rent if the student is unable to do so. Please Note: The property reserves the right to pursue the guarantor for any outstanding amounts, so it is essential that the guarantor fully understands and accepts these obligations.
