2. To apply to be released from this agreement, you will need to supply us with a copy of:
- A formal rejection letter from your chosen university/college or UCAS or a screenshot of your UCAS status clearly showing that the required grades were not achieved.
3. This evidence must be submitted within 72 hours of your exam results being published, and no later than 28th August 2026, whichever comes first. Please send your documentation to property management If you fail to provide the required evidence within the specified timeframe, you will remain liable for the rent for the whole length of the contracted tenancy until another tenant that is acceptable to the landlord is found and the room is able to be re-let.
