    Do you offer accessible accommodation?

    Your move-in date is stated in your agreement, and Property will send you a move-in guide in advance. Property will also provide information about ID requirements, arrival slots, local drop-off and parking.

    Will I get an inventory when I move in?

    Yes. You’ll receive a detailed inventory through the Property portal showing the contents and condition of your room. You should check it carefully and report any issues or discrepancies within the first 7 days.

    What if something in my room is damaged or missing when I move in?

    You should report the issue through the online portal or directly to the property team. Property will assess the issue and arrange repairs or replacements where required.

    Can I bring a bike?

    Yes. Most properties offer secure indoor or covered bike storage. You should bring your own lock, and bikes are stored at the owner's risk.

    Can I bring a car?

    Most Property locations are car-free due to planning requirements. Some locations offer limited parking for an additional cost. Availability should be confirmed with the property team before arrival.

    Can I bring my pet?

    No. Pets are generally not permitted. Registered assistance animals may be accommodated where legally required under the Equality Act 2010, subject to discussion with the property team and relevant documentation.

    Can I bring my own cooking equipment?

    Yes, provided the equipment has a CE Kitemark and is PAT tested and is safe to use. Deep fat fryers are not permitted. Property also recommends checking with your property team about equipment already provided.
