Booking Fees has to be paid to confirm the booking. The booking fee is converted into a damage deposit at the start of the tenancy agreement. When can I move in?

A few weeks before arrival, you will be invited to book a move-in slot by your accommodation team.

What is the cancellation policy?

Book online until the end of 31st July, without seeing the accommodation first, and we run a 72-hour cooling-off period, allowing you to cancel your booking within 72 hours of paying your booking fee. Bookings made from 1st August for the forthcoming academic year have a 24-hour cooling off period. To cancel, email us.

Can we book as a group?

How do I book?

It's easy - Just click on 'Book Now' button and come through to our online booking system. 

What deposit do I need?

To secure the room, you only need to make the booking until the cooling off period of 24 hours. Post that you can make the booking by paying the booking fee. The booking fee is non-refundable but the good thing is that you'll get it back if nothing's owing for damage or outstanding rent at the end of your tenancy. Deposits are fully secured by 'Tenancy Deposit Scheme' in England and Wales or the 'My Deposits' scheme in Scotland.

Can I have pets?

Sorry, pets of any shape and sizes are not allowed.

Do I need a TV license?

Whether we supply the TV or you bring your own or watching it through 4TV or BBC iPlayer, you'll need to have a valid TV licence unless we tell you we're covering it. 

Am I allowed to have guests over?

We're all grown ups here, so of course, occasional overnight guests are allowed. Please don't invite someone to live more than three consecutive nights through, and always check with your flatmates first that they're okay with extra house guests.

Will my student flat be cleaned?

Your student room and any shared areas within your apartment will be spotlessly cleaned when you arrive, and some of our tenancies include complimentary cleaning throughout your time with us.

Can I smoke inside my accommodation?

The property is smoke-free and this includes all types of E-cigarettes. Smoking is not allowed in any private and communal areas. Designated smoking areas can be found outside of the building.

How do I setup my internet connection?

You'll have a broadband, covering the whole building.

Are my possessions insured?

Rest assured that every single booking comes with free content insurance with Endsleigh Insurance. To upgrade your insurance, contact Endsleigh directly.

Is parking available for visitors?

It is located centrally, close to good public transport links and other facilities, so you should be able to get around easily without a car.

How do I collect my post?

The post can be delivered directly to your door by Royal Mail or collected from on-site post boxes. Larger parcel deliveries are accepted at the reception, but we accept no liability for losses or damages.

Is there laundry on the site?

Yes, so please don't bring any portable washing machines with you! There is on-site laundry.

Is there a charge for using Debit/Credit card?

International Students paying with a credit card or Non - EU debit card will have a 2% charge on the total amount being paid. However, there is no charge for payments using a UK or EU debit card.

Can I stay in my room over the summer holidays?

We will try and accommodate requests for summer student accommodation extensions when possible. 

Do I need to move out over the Christmas & Easter holidays?

No, your room is yours for the duration of your tenancy. You only need to move out of the room at the end of the agreement.

Will my room be inspected?

Your room/apartment will be fully inspected at least three times during your tenancy. During these inspections, we check for cleanliness, damage and for missing items. At each inspection, you will be told if there is to be a charge for putting anything right. You will be invoiced immediately for recharges for the first two inspections and on the final inspection, a deduction will be made from your deposit. The recharges for cleaning, damages and missing items can be found in the Tenancy Handbook.

What if my student loan is late?

If your student loan is late, contact the accommodation team at the property as they will be able to advise you.
